This guide provides clear instructions for adding store locations to the HESSDA Transfer Application using the Settings tab.
Prerequisites
- Access to the Transfer Application.
- A valid name badge for scanning or manual entry.
Steps
- Navigate to the Settings Tab
Open the Transfer Application and locate the Settings tab in the interface. - Access Store Locations
In the Settings tab, click on the Manage Store Locations option to open the store location management interface. - Authenticate with Your Name Badge
Scan your name badge using the provided scanner, or manually enter the badge details as prompted. - Initiate Adding a New Location
Click the Add button to begin the process of adding a new store location. - Enter the Location Name
In the Store Location Name field, type the name of the location you wish to add. - Save the Location
Click the Save button to confirm and add the location to the system. - Repeat for Additional Locations
Repeat steps 4–6 for each additional store location you need to add.

- Ensure that the name badge is valid and recognised by the system to avoid authentication errors.
- Double-check the spelling and formatting of the location name to ensure accuracy.
