Name badges are required by each operator to enable them to process the scopes around the decontamination department.
Navigate to Scope Inventory > Printing Tab
- Click the Name Badge button.
- Click the New or Edit button depending on your required action.
- Enter the operator name into the text box.
- Choose the skill level the member of staff is able to work within.
- Enter your machine Identifier if you have been provided with one (Wassenburg ID)
- Enter your alternative scan code if you have one that is required to be used.
- Enter operators full name.
- Click OK.
To print a name badge, select the name, select the correct label printer and click the Print button.
To edit an existing user, select their name and click the Edit button. Amend the information and click Save when finished.
To delete a user, select their name, click Delete then click Yes.
