Guide: Setting Up Transfer Trolley Timeout

When using Transfer Trolleys, make sure the screen is closed after each load. If it’s left open and the trolley is returned, the SSD team can’t receive the items. We’ve added a timeout setting to close the screen automatically for you!
Quick Steps:
- Open the Administration Application.
- Go to User Management > Settings.
- Find the Transfer Trolley Timeout (mins) box.
- Set it to 10 minutes (that’s a good time!).
- Save your changes.

- It’s the one in the red box, currently at 0. Change it to 10.
That’s it! Now the screen will close on its own after 10 minutes.
