This guide outlines the process for resetting a scope within HESA.
Steps
- Select the Scope Inventory
Navigate to the "Scope Inventory" tab. - Select the Scope
- Search for the specific scope you wish to reset.
- Verify the scope’s details (e.g., model, serial number) to ensure the correct device is selected.
- Select/highlight the scope
- Initiate Scope Reset
- Locate the "Scope Reset" button within the bar above the list of scopes
Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm the reset action.
